Being on hold sucks.
But the music doesn't have to.

Windstream is a telco based in Little, Rock, AR.

To help improve their customer service experience, I was tasked with writing hold music that would actually make customers enjoy being on hold. I did all the music, lyrics, singing, playing, recording, producing, mixing, etc.

“Rather than malicious intent, companies typically just don’t give much thought to what their customers hear while on hold—or at least not as much thought as they should. People don’t see it as an opportunity to make an impression or to deepen their relationship with their customers.”
